These chocolate hemispheres are elaborately produced by us with great attention to detail.
We only use natural dyes to color the cocoa butter and then spray it finely into the shapes of the hemispheres. They are then covered in chocolate and filled with three fruity creams: a very special lime caramel , a sweet and sour passion fruit cream and a red cream with cassis and lemon verbena .
